Trained and worked in multiple different departments. There is an enormous amount of things that could be changed to make everything simpler and more cost effective. But management doesn't care and focuses on things that are insignificant and micromanage. The employees are aging and unhappy.

The management and direction of this company are not good. They focus on the wrong things and don't address anything to actual improve the company but expect different results and more sales. I am convinced upper management doesn't really understand how this company operates.
