Employee contribution to health coverage is the highest I have seen anywhere. Recent changes to prescription care raised costs of almost all prescriptions far more than expected.

Willing to make difficult decisions and institute dramatic changes. Very little effort to help employees understand, navigate or succeed during the many (often-contradictory) change initiatives currently under way.

Good people. Everyone used to have each other's backs. Recent changes reward speed over everything else, regardless of whether the solution is right or how destructive the process to get there.

Everyone was self-aware, about themselves and the company. Open about the challenges and how high-performers can have a real impact. A shared pride in the culture and your coworkers that was truly special (and has has since vanished).

Big changes in a vacuum. Executives tried to skip to implementation without ensuring that employees understand the strategy (if there is one) and earning the trust it will take to get there. Employees are working harder than ever to support transformation but anyone human suddenly feels replaceable.
