Being able to tackle each day with focus on completing tasks well. Like everyone else, the roadblocks that frequently confront us daily are frustrating. It is truly difficult to pass on a task for lack of items or support that prevent us from completing the days efforts.

This is a hard question to answer. The talent being demonstrated is mixed. Some are tasked with things that maybe are not within their skill set. Some are too quick to complete a task, leading to mistakes or oversights. Overall, the talent pool is high, and I enjoy the comradery
