From the very start I've been lied to about pay compensation and opportunities for advancement, I recognize Covid has had a deep impact on the business, but it seems it's been weaponized against the field services team to keep us from appropriately advancing.

I've consistently contributed significantly more than what's expected of someone with my title / took a paycut to come here and was lied to about quarterly bonuses / expenses have doubled yet my pay has been cut during covid / everyone in my department agrees I deserve a raise and promotion
