The team leads are very helpful and patient. Including assistant manager. They really listen to concerns and most fast to make a safe work enviornmemt.

Listening to women and supporting staff when it comes to customers! I know that the customer is "always right" but when a customer physically attacks someone or uses slurs or offensive language they shouldn't be in the right, yet managers still side with them to keep them happy.

Communication. The opening manager will know they are short a person for the whole day or the evening and they will not try to cover that shift. If they do, and fail, they do not let the late night manager they are short a person at all.
