Most of my coworkers are the most fabulous people and great to work with but there are a couple of them that really really should not be working there bad for a customer and the other coworkers who work with them I am a former GM employee of 36 yearsbut I love to work my part-time job at regal

Everyone treats each other with respect
We work together in spite of corporate.
We are super strong and always will to move forward
We all get along well
No meetings happen at regal
Resilience. In a company where you make minimum wage and only get benefits working damn near over time every week, in a location where there is contant safety problems, in a city with major welfare issues, my team sure has a lot of resilience.
They are all funny and kind

Employees at Regal have to train each other, and the ones who have been there know that. Its good to see that everyone generally helps out the new guy, besides the managers.

Stay professional at work and not be bias
Not being egotistical and cringe.
What meetings? The manager comes in, goes to his office, and does not interact with stff.
Because of the favoritism there's really not much I can think of that will change the situation except a different manager
managers don't train so employees don't learn
It was SUCH a boys club envionrment. Eleven men and only two women (me and one other woman) worked there so we were almost always left out of conversations or when we walked up they would all stop talking. They always had each other's backs but not ours and it was very obvious.
Review from Customer Success Dept
If they hired more women and a more diverse group of people so it didn’t have a culture of exclusion. The only other woman agreed with me that we felt left out and many jokes made towards us just because of our gender. Also a lot of negative LGBTQ+ comments and racially biased comment
Many teens 16+ are attracted to the job, but because of poor management, they feel they are able to come and go as they please and not complete tasks effectively. There is no punishment given for poor work ethic, unless they are a woman.
