Some of my management team and most of my coworkers are fantastic people I feel great about working there and they all seem to like me because I love to entertain my coworkers and the customers who I greet coming in and make them feel really good

The culture around movies itself. It's a great deal of fun to work in an environment when you're surrounded by an ever-changing myriad of colorful posters and standees for upcoming films, and the excitement the customers have looking forward to them as well.

Listening to women employees and taking harassment and disrespect towards supervisors more seriously, more diversity in the workplace, and better pay.

Actually holding people responsible if they are harassing and disrespecting a supervisor (which the employee who was doing this to me not only got no consequences but later got promoted to the job I left). And listening to women because when I spoke up about feeling uncomfortable he said I was lying
