Regal Entertainment Group Leadership Employee Reviews

What do you like best about the leadership team?

My leadership team takes great pride and their managing the movie theater and it's employees they always sit down and chat with the workers to make them feel comfortable and reassuring about their job if there is a mistake on money team workers are management takes the extra minutes to explain to th

Review from Operations Dept

The team leads are very helpful and patient. Including assistant manager. They really listen to concerns and most fast to make a safe work enviornmemt.

Review from Customer Success Dept

They are very respectful, nice and understanding.

They are nice. And accommodating

Not much at this time they're all inexperience

I am leadership. We are overworked, underpaid, and stressed out constantly..

They're up front about what they want from you

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Treat all world citizens fairly to prevent conflicts to strive compassion ,& joy ,& peace admit from 2020 when myself could've been spoken kinder am disabled European FL resisant their employees to their theaters locations all states need to love whomever professionally all types with ,& without ADA

communication and attitude towards encouraging a healthy work environment

Employee relations and customer service

They need to get better at working while at work, making the schedule with common sense, and their bad attitudes.

Communication, accountability, empathy, accommodation and security

Caring about the people more than corporate structure.

Making the customers a priority and rewarding teams that are doing a good job.

My General Manager refuses to keep their opinions to themselves, and they send unprofessional and negative emails to us, while disrespecting us employees and pir beliefs/opinions, while also misgendering myself and my other coworkers and using our improper pronouns.

Remove current incompetent local management. Incentivize workers. be truthful. provide training.

communicating like normal human beings

managers need to be forced to communicate like normal human beings, say hello, and not verbally attack team members when they have the slightest stressors. They can't do consessions properly so they should stay away from things they're incaple of

They treat it like highschool and they all alienated me

No backbone, no one knows how to do their job and it is an all around very unorganized workplace.

organization and communication are not their strong suit

Listening to women and supporting staff when it comes to customers! I know that the customer is "always right" but when a customer physically attacks someone or uses slurs or offensive language they shouldn't be in the right, yet managers still side with them to keep them happy.

Review from Customer Success Dept

Paying hard workers more monies

Connecting with employees at a non-corprerate level

Review from Customer Support Dept

Understanding that work isn't life

Review from Customer Support Dept

Communication. The opening manager will know they are short a person for the whole day or the evening and they will not try to cover that shift. If they do, and fail, they do not let the late night manager they are short a person at all.
