Amazon: Amazon gives stock rather than raises where possible. Annual raises are 1-3%, promotion raises capped at 30%. There are no other raises
Cisco: There's a good process around code review and good practices on writing unit & functional tests.

Verizon: Verizon's constant commitment to evolve and adapt.
Verizon: Generous compensation. Best in industry and exceeds many companies

Oracle: Old tech. company. Nothing new but stable
Dell Technologies: They have no leadership skills
Rakuten: Probably any other tech company would pay better
Rakuten: Need to modernize their means, listen to people and question decisions from above that might have issues
ADP: The job has gained more responsibilities with no compensation increase.
Hilton: Eager to please guests
Google: fewer meetings, more focus on strategic, less on empire buiding
Verizon: Allowing a more flexible work environment. Enabling workers to work from home more often.
Citia: A-type personalities with creative and progressive mindsets
Amazon: It's good if the stock keeps rising. It is below the market otherwise.
