TaskUs: TaskUs handled the pandemic situation well but after months of RTO, it started gradually getting bad. Inflation rises but salary is still. Employees can feel the "cost saving" we are doing and it badly affects the decisions of the leaders.

Honeywell: Lack of leadership, lots of management and micromanagement which drives poor morale and absense of any unitedness/comradery. Work life balance is not up to the modern standards and overall work environment is not pleasant. No wonder the turnover is high.

TaskUs: It is only good at first but as you gain years in the company, you'd realize you need to leave your department or the company in order to find growth. The company is more likely to offer growth to external hires than prepare and give it to the existing employees.

The Cigna Group: Dont expect them to treat you like you are a person, they wont and when their policies ruin your life they dont care. Also, even if a top performer DONT EXPECT ANNUAL RAISES TO EXCEED EVEN THE 60 YEAR AVERAGE INFLATION. Moving to Cigna should be seen as a move of desperation, not an opportinity!!!
