I feel as of late the leadership team has been very transparent with the company expansion and we have been able to go over updates as a company with additional meetings.

I really look forward to our weekly team meetings as it can be hard to connect when working in a remote setting. We typically discuss the trends we are seeing in our department, as well as debriefing with fun exercises.
