I think the leadership team is great at leading but not micromanaging, and in return it helps the employees love their jobs and want to work even harder at their jobs. To feel heard and cared about goes so far!

The remote work life is such a huge plus for myself and my family. Being able to work from home is huge and I am still always on top of my game at my job. It really is the best of both worlds!
