When I first came to AP, now RP, there was a much better employee morale. I feel that has dwindled over the years and the focus has shifted from an employee focused organization to a numbers focused one. There are no opportunities for us to connect and you can see that in body language. It's sad.

My Team supports one another, proactively reaches out to make sure everyone is ok and are true professionals. I could not ask for a better group of direct reports. They are amazing!

Transparency, accountability and not doing things to employees, but with employees. Decisions cannot be made in a vacuum. Downstream impacts that effect frontline workers need to have representatives from those departments at the table. The recent vertical alignment is a prime example.

People with the same titles are paid vastly different from one another. Those that report to them are making the same, if not more. There should be the same pay for the same job, but that is not the case anywhere in this organization. Being promoted means more work, pay should reflect that.
