Even though I just started, I would say it has been nothing short of excellent! The people here are fantastic, the direction given to us us superb and the overall product we offer is top of the line. I love it here!

Again the biggest component of the culture here at Smarsh would have to be the employees. Everyone at the company is dedicated to creating success and its not just personal. They want YOU to do the best job you can because it helps out everyone else at the same time.

really with me being some what newer to the company, the biggest thing I have noticed is how open everyone is to helping. It seems like everyone is willing to lend a hand whenever you need help, and that is such a breath of fresh air compared to my last job.
