Senior leaders are far removed from the real work. They listen choose to ignore feedback. Diversity is nonexistent in leadership, even though we serve a diverse population. There is very little accountability, especially among nurses and senior leaders. Revisión Publicado hace 5 años

No engagement from leaders, no accountability, no transparency. Leaders at the top are bullies, especially the CNO. This is a "good old boy" organization with no desire to change. Morale is low and leaders seem clueless. The pay is decent. Revisión Publicado hace 5 años
