There are allot of "snowflakes" that work at tanner facilities, and of any of them become even slightly offended by ANYTHING they can easily cost you money or your job. Exceptional performance at ones job is not really rewarded or cared about comparably speaking so your only really motivated to do "just enough"
How's the work life balance at Tanner Health System?
Depends on what your job is. If you're a nurse, doctor, counselor, tech, then it's pretty bad. If you're HR, administration, secretarial, revenue, or UR then it's pretty good.
