What did you like most about the interview process?I enjoyed the welcoming environment! I was shown what I would be doing if I was hired at the interview. I didn't feel badgered with unnecessary questions. I felt valued.

The nursing managers never conduct monthly meetings with MHT’s or nurses to discuss his/her performance for that month.
