The leadership team I work with makes every employee feel special and important! They insure that we all perform our jobs as safely and well equipped as possible! Patient satisfaction is our number one priority!

What are some of the best things about your team?
They are friendly, very knowledgable, and do not mind helping each other! Teamwork makes the dreamwork!
Soley the teamwork between most if the coworkers kn my unit. Our manager seperates people who want to work together
They truly care about each other and the work they do.
We always make sure the patient comes first!

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We use teamwork pretty well
Desire to take great care of our patients and co-workers who are more like family
I think our office is currently working on ways to increase morale and job safety but I’m unsure if I have a favorite thing at this time because at this time I almost always come in stressed, feeling as if my job is no longer safe, and we are mostly discouraged from laughing

What did you like most about the interview process?
The opportunity to meet the entire leadership team.
I enjoyed the welcoming environment! I was shown what I would be doing if I was hired at the interview. I didn't feel badgered with unnecessary questions. I felt valued.
When it was over. Just kidding, but not really. It involved a lot.

What makes you most happy at work?
When I see a patient being discharge because their health issues were either solved or improved enough to go home!
