Bottom basement compensation for responsibility over five clinics plus on-call with no compensations or bonuses.

Adequate staffing and adequate pay, incentive

CEO is far ahead of market for the size, look at systems 5x…?

Because an administrative assistant who does not have to be certified, licensed or registered is offered a higher top out pay and salary over the staff that has to uphold a certification/licensure. Tanner should definitely think about offering pay that compares to surrounding hospital systems!
