What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Leadership Reviews

Management is completely absent when it comes to developing front line employees. The nursing managers never conduct monthly meetings with MHT’s or nurses to discuss his/her performance for that month. In fact, the only times I have met with management is when they want to point out when im wron

Review from Operations Dept

They are at a critical time in healthcare, especially when it comes to reimbursement from CMS. Leadership should focus more on entry-level training and employee satisfaction in order to reduce Recruitment, training, and retention costs.

Keeping work life professional, and not gossiping.

Understanding healthcare quality, data, rather than defending the status quo

Tanner should work on being an inclusive and collaborative work culture where everyone is able to impact growth. The CEO is such a nice man, I don't believe that he would agree with how some of the leadership under him behaves and treats their employees. Treat employees with respect & just be nice.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Compensation Reviews

MHT’s and nurses (regardless of how talented and caring they are) are all viewed as replaceable, and that message is routinely communicated to staff. Never in my working career (which now spans more than three decades) have I worked for less supportive, more arrogant, and more ignorant leadershi

Review from Operations Dept

Bottom basement compensation for responsibility over five clinics plus on-call with no compensations or bonuses.

Adequate staffing and adequate pay, incentive

CEO is far ahead of market for the size, look at systems 5x…?

Because an administrative assistant who does not have to be certified, licensed or registered is offered a higher top out pay and salary over the staff that has to uphold a certification/licensure. Tanner should definitely think about offering pay that compares to surrounding hospital systems!

Review from Operations Dept

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Team Reviews

lazy, short cuts, good ole boys

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Environment Reviews

It needs to start at the top. The culture is not good and it reflects down the chain of command. I'm sure there are great managers, directors and sr. leadership but I have not seen that yet. Management style has not progressed with times. If you complain or question anything there is retaliation

Review from Operations Dept

Transparency and trust. It may be time for some top leaders to step down. They seem to not care about the employees.

CMO is weak at leadership and inexperienced
