
TA is overall a good company. But work-life balance is a huge issue and the leadership team never seems to be able to fix it. There is also a lot of favoritism. The burden of work falls on very few people.

ThomasARTS is a good company overall and leadership tries to do right by its employees. But it's out of their hands, so they run their good employees into the ground trying to stay on top of work. Also, the Diversity team has become so overtly political that it's a borderline hostile environment.
