reevaluate PSR. Look at the workload vs workforce and add back at least some of the staff that was cut. Reevaluate titles/levels. Most people are very bitter about working for decades to get where they were only to be knocked down 2-3 levels.

Company is always cutting and making the jobs harder. Because we have less people to do the job its harder to do a quality job. If the company would look more a quality of the work environment and less at lining there pockets would be a start. You don't lay people off when making record profits

Management needs to treat employees like human beings instead of pieces of equipment that can be thrown in storage when not in use. Continual layoffs and job reductions have caused morale to plummet.
