We all embrace the fact thay our executive and leaders are so far removed from reality that we need to look out for one another safey- and we have literally had to stand up to managemnt and say "no we cant do that- we will literaly derail this train!"

RailRoaders are some of the hardest working employees. We work on call, miss bdays, weddings, anniversaries and kids' games ...and we are unappreciated. We still try to laugh, Smile, & make the best of it. We sometimes see Co-Workers more than our families

Everyone dislikes Union Pacific it is a very negative atmosphere

Quality, accuracy, and work ethic. But... what do you expect from people that have been beaten down to where they feel neither they, nor the work they perform is valued.

Everyone has poor attitude because how up treat their employees, moral 100 % down always
