
They have forgotten where they came from or how they started. They haven't worked the field at store level for a while and they forget what what we experience at store level. From rude and challenging customers to the overall operations of a store.
It boils down to the store director. The moral has gone downhill since the change of directors back in January '18. Customer service has gone down hill, our moral has come down hill. And the worst part is that our customers have seen the change.
