I manage the Starbucks kiosk (sales, inventory, hiring/training a team of 8, sales and complete responsibility of all aspects). I am paid only .65c more than my baristas that have 80%less responsibility.

Inside our Starbucks kiosk we are all fairly happy and positive. Employees in the general area of the store are unhappy with pay rates, work hours and changes in the store designed to eventually decrease the #of employees in the near future.
