Not giving themselves bonuses while saying that they cant give raises because the future is uncertain.
I am 130% billable most weeks but if I drop to 80% one week they make you feel like you are going to get fired. Absolutely a trash place to work.
I would feel better if it was industry standard. Also would like to not get raises because my title changed and therefore I must get paid whatever the lowest is in the next salary band.
There was not really an interview. I was referred by my previous direct supervisor who had recently being hired.
