THEY ARE JUST CHEAP IN ALL THEY DO. LAST COMPANY PICNIC WAS A POTLUCK.. YOU DONT SHOW APPRECIATION FOR EMPLOYEES BY MAKING THEM PROVIDE THE FOOD!!!

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
NO ONE IS CROSS TRAINED. OFTEN THERE IS ONLY ONE PERSON WHO KNOWS THE JOB. IF THAT PERSON GOES ON VACATION IT JUST MEANS THERE WILL BE MORE WORK UPON RETURN
