Our manager is the glue that keeps us together. While most of us work hard there are a few who don't pull their weight as much.
The positivity is self-made from the team. i really don't see positivity from the company. As long as things are going smoothly, there is no recognition from corporate or positive remarks about the team or the work that is being taken on or completed.
Recognition, including the people who do the work in the decisions that affect them, communicating changes and decisions, remote employee support (I pay for my own internet and cell phone and not being at an office saves Ardent a ton of money), better IT equipment that is reliable.
Organizationally, there is no leadership ownsership. Leaders will respond to the squeaky wheel but there is no requirement to keep things consistent. So the loudest end user gets the most assistance or recognition from leadership. Workflows should not be defined by IT but instead supported
