I've been able to be internally promoted which has been a positive. I really think Ardent has some great things going for it but is falling short in key areas. There need to be improvements to make employees' lives easier. Sometimes I feel like all Ardent leadership is concerned about is profit.

I feel like my boss and bosses' boss truly care about me as a person. My immediate department works great together as a team.

I feel like leadership is positive for the most part. Overall, I feel like the quality of employees is the best thing about Ardent, at least for corporate. Most everyone is helpful.

Leadership and even management need to listen to the concerns of the employees that are deep in it each day. Systems, especially HRIS, need to be re-vamped. There is little to no formal training.
Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?
When I find out how much my colleagues are being compensated, especially new employees, I feel like Ardent doesn't value me. There isn't really much incentive to stay with the company as new hires in comparable positions are often paid more than employees that have been with Ardent for years.
