Overall, I have enjoyed working at the company. The coworkers are great, and feel like the company is going in a good direction. However, there are not many opportunities for career growth for employees within the company.

I would like to see more opportunities for growth within the company - which in turn could provide better compensation for people who have been with the company for a couple years.
