Love working for this company 25 years. It would be nice and considerate of being able to cash in PTO at 100% since we are not able to take the yearly time off that we accrue

being a corp employee (nonremote) and not receiving emails from individual hospitals. I am at all of the hospitals in my market weekly, never know what's going on. Not feeling included since we are not at the corp office and travel to all of the market hosp/clinics. Communication could much better
