BOA needs policies that allow the customers to feel valued. BOA would rather close accounts all day and open new ones instead of retaining current customers
I enjoyed my job most when I was working from home. At that time I didn't know the culture at BOA was so awful, now that I am at the office nothing makes me happy
It's not just my salary, I have too many tasks to complete in 8 hours, my goals are unreasonable and I am micro managed constantly. Even if BOA paid me double I would still look for employment elsewhere. The culture is the worst.
I don't even know where to start? I think it depends on your department but my department (the small business call center) is so negative. The job is very hard, the goals are unreasonable, everybody is micro managed to death. The entire department is a revolving door (people leaving the comp).
