
You need to value the employee, not tell them if they don’t meet they be fired, and prented that you’re not product pushing when you expect a goal and have all mean to reach it if not you’ll be fired.
In the past 2 years I have had 4 different managers they are in a constant change in mananagement, the don’t have a clear understanding of roles and procedures in how to get things done it’s like the blind leading the blind. Sales pressure, no job security.
