
Too many meetings without proper ground work.
Put quality Interviewers who can actually interview.
They put everybody in same bucket instead of honoring the experience and hard work.
Rethink their strategy towards STS. I don't think STS is working properly. Processes needs to be improved for projects execution.
In STS, flexibility towards employees doesn't exists. They micromanage people and don't treat them respectfully. STS is a mess and it is not working properly.
