My Manager and my teammates are the best part of my job. The work is extremely interesting and a constant learning environment. There is an strong encouragement of training and certification.

For me, the experience is all about the team I am working with as well as providing our employees with a secure environment. But we still put a high emphasis on user experience.

I have never interviewed with our company, I was part of an acquisition in the days before Cisco had really put a good process in place for acquisitions. We had a lot of problems moving into Cisco's infrastructure the first year.
