There are good signs of heading in good directions from Cliff but there are some folks in high leadership positions that either need to be extensively re-trained in modern day leadership or need to go because they're just getting in the way.
I just simply love to work! I love working on improving processes and environment. Not really concerned about pay. If I'm not noticed as one of the new type of leaders for the new (diverse) century I'll find an employer who does and be happy to help them win out the competition who doesn't adjust!
I have 30 years of experience and someone with 1 year was hired at a MUCH higher rate... he went around showing off his offer! Also forced to come into the office every covid day without any reward what so ever... wife worked from home and got thousands of $'s in bonuses and gifts when she went back
