Have worked hard here for years. I have hoped that the company would pay me what I'm worth. I'm almost to the point where I'm forced to leave to make more. The grass is not always greener on the other side, but this side is yellow most the time. I have felt an obligation/loyalty to the company.

Extremely hard working. Dedicated to the cause. Willing to work despite horrible pay benefits. They never give up on an issue and see it through to completion. They are what drives this company's success. They work in the trenches.

We seem to only get bad news. What is being done to make things better? It would be nice to feel valuable to the executive leadership. Actions speak louder than words these days. Tired of hearing things will change. It's been years.... still waiting.

Rather than promote internally, a lot of times they hire externally and pay more money. Doesn't make sense. If someone can do the job internally... why not promote and pay them to do it? Feels like a broken model. Pay people what they are worth. Even if executives have to take cuts.
Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?
I have worked here for 26+ years. I am still paid at the lower end of the lower band for my role. I was promised more money when i took the role years ago. I am still waiting on the promise. Every year there is a new excuse as to why it hasn't happened. I'd like that to improve.
