Overall it's Good but my Manager and Team Members Harassing me time and again as well as got a show cause notice from HR and HR Director. Hope I can explain my concerns to them today else they said Disciplinary Action will be taken against me!

No Promotion or Decent Hike even after showing Dedication and Hard Work for 6 and Half Years. Other team members were promoted who came after Me. Is it fair? Where is No Discrimination Policy?

Stop encouraging gossips across Teams and work for a more productive team by keeping Brainstorming sessions and Inclusivity should be there. No Biases should be there on behalf of Manager or Team Lead. Equal treatment for all.

I am ashamed to be a Conduent Employee in India at Bangalore Location in India. Pay Scale is way Below than Bangalore's cost of Livin
