small merit increases as opposed to none instead of paying top salaries and increases to executives
emphasis on productivity and merit increases for those that have been with the company and believe in the culture
most of the people I work with are very negative towards the company instead of giving constructive criticism and how to make things better. Team work makes for a better company and we don't have that because there is no collaboration always a fire drill. Communication needs to improve from the top
