Overall work experience has been positive. I've been given good opportunities for growth. Challenges also were there. No changes in remuneration for the last 3 years, even though I've been involved in a successful project transition and multiple SBU moves to suit business requirement.

My compensation is below the market standards. The ones who are hired externally are paid much higher than the ones who get internally promoted/transferred for the same post.
