
It's a fabulous place to work! To me, its the open communication and the transparency of our SLT that makes me feel proud to be a part of Conduent. I know our SLT is working to the best of their ability at making this a better company.
I have worked here for 24 years... i think that says it all. The only wish I have is that the company would keep up with the market on salary and benefits. This is the major downfall of the company. They should keep current with the market.

Expand on benefit offerings to keep up with current regional and competitive markets. Review region for true market salaries and implement annual increases to give persons something to not only work towards but look forward to. This will assist with retention as well.
