They're dependable and so helpful. They're always willing to give advice on how to do the job more efficiently or provide their opinion or knowledge when you have questions about some portion of it. Very supportive and encouraging.

Helping others to learn & succeed at their jobs. Helping the mbrs I deal with get the best service possible. Teaching others the art of empathy & gold standard customer service. Educating those around me, whether coworkers or customers, because knowledge is power. Understanding makes it all easier.

I dislike the "flex" position as "Flex" doesn't provide a sense of job security. I'd prefer equal higher paychecks to a 1x per month bonus. It feels inhibiting because it's possible to lose the bonus if you miss a day for "reasons". My job deserves better pay. It's stressful. I always give 100%.

Of all the positions I've held, all the people I've worked with & under, I've never felt one iota of discrimination, nor have I observed it. When I've expressed my desire to move upwards, I've been encouraged to do so. Whether or not I was promoted to the position, I felt the choice was made fairly.
