It's an extremely fast paced environment and a lot is expected of you. It is a great opportunity to learn and gain experience. But pay is well below market and if you are interested in new challenges and career growth, you will have to look outside of the company.

At 5 years in the company, I've assumed a lot of additional responsibility. However, no growth opportunities. Just additional work for same pay and tittle. No pay raise in 5 years. (I do not consider 15-20 cents every couple of years a pay raise).
