
I am providing feedback from 2019 but I didnt think no one observed and take care of the things. I am the only one for one of the technologies. I never receive any reward. My position not changed. There is no proper hikes. There are so many benefits going to higher authority employees, but not reach

Concentrate on the correct things not on the useless things.
Leadership persons should know the basic things of the applications under them.
Work From Home I am the single resource, need to do everything on time to avoid escalations.
Team members are not supportive some times, the work assigned to the persons who is dont having the knowledge on that work.
My teammates are very supportive and talented. All are adhered to Manager words. They are not expecting any benefits from the Company.
The Manager should have minimum knowledge on which technologies they are belonging to. In Conduent, if you conduct any tests, so many people may fail..
provide the correct Designation for the correct employee. Do not go blindly. Promote the employee at least 5 years once. Arrange the Team lunch at least once in 2 months. I had team lunch twice in my 5 years. And no outings in last 5 years.
I am working in Conduent for the last 5 years. Still, I am at the same position in terms of Designation. I am the only person working for one technology. I am involving in another technology also. But I never received any award in Conduent. I am still continuing here because of Work From Home option
