They all seem very down the earth and very relatable to all employees even at the top level.
Consilio hasn't provided cost of living increases that match the pace of inflation. And it's not even close.
We are a large org. Local team members are important when we all work remote. We all have our go to people in other departments and those relationships matter in the data work life.
This depends on the level of leadership you are referring. On the direct leadership, I certainly feel that Management always has support for the team members and are understanding of most situations and are able to get resolution and support.
Consilio should really focus on employee communications at all levels of the organization. More information, both positive and negative, is shared via the grapevine and tends to never have any official communications from Consilio. No one outside of C-Suite or sales cares about LOD or SYKE.
As the market has adjusted to higher rates, along with massive inflation, Consilio has not kept pace with either of these two milestones. I have been told by outside recruiters that the pay scale for my same role at Consilio is considerably higher and also much higher at other organizations.
3 years straight Consilio has failed to meet inflation. Increases have been determined on other factors beside cost of living or performance. As a High performer you are rewarded with no increase in bonus % or above avg % of raise. Why be an all star when a bench player is compensated the same.
