Too big and growing too fast to support itself internally. Will collapse in on itself or lose good key people. Should train and support staff to grow - not just acquire to fast track or will reach breaking point.

The percentage of the hybrid working allowance is one of the main factors I'm still here. It takes the edge off of the huge pressure we have to balance. The rest of the benefits and compensation can be found elsewhere reasonably easily.

Genuinely this one is difficult to answer, Consilio says all the right things but their actions do not align for how they treat their staff. No one cares about getting a branded golf ball for 50 bonusly points when they haven't slept in a week because they are overworked and stressed.
