My overall experience is good, but would be made excellent by not being required to work every weekend. Especially when there is not work to be done. It would be nice if the days/hours were more flexible. Most of the people are nice.

The majority of my team is great, but there are those who do not pull their own weight. The rest of the team has to make up for their slack.

The majority of the people are nice, but there are some who are not as pleasant to deal with. It generally is less pressure than working at a law firm, but there are some very high stress days. But usually can find a helping hand for those days.

I feel like the compensation is low compared to other companies. I do not like having to work every single weekend. It makes family life difficult. Even though we have unlimited flex time, it's not acceptable to request every weekend off. I feel like a rotating weekend schedule would be better.
