My team is all about ensuring everyone is taken care of if any help is needed that you have ample support. The team genuinely cares about how others on the team are doing, and look to help increase effectiveness where they can.

I feel substantial raises are hard to come by. They want to retain talent and do a great job of making people feel appreciated with words and gestures, just not with compensation. This could be untrue in other areas of the company though.

The leadership team is open and honest and really holds true to the core values our company has set. They are flexible where they can be and rigid where they must be. They have always cared about a work-life balance and continue to try and help you grow and progress into becoming a stronger leader.
