They are very happy and will like to do their job as well good personalities

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

I worked st better jobs

To be more professional at the workplace and treat all employees equal no matter what race they are I work at the Warwick store on Warwick avenue I have been racially profiled against by a new manager name is April from the app store in Warwick while waiting for a new store manager she took control

Making sure all the employees work hard. Keep people for what they work, don't steal from them when they leave. It's unbelievable how they treat their employees.

New workers across the board and new management.

Ruth. Needs. To. Go. Away.

They need to listen to employees when they feel unsafe when they give proof of a district manager violating business laws and destroying personal property

Listening to their associates and not treating their concerns like a joke

communication with lower management and team members.

Everything, leadership, doing their job

Manager has no management qualifications

Communicating and not harassing and ridiculing the staff.

Interviewing workers on how managers really are when the district manager isn't there.

Review from Sales Dept

Being nice and not abusing workers

Communication. Employee appreciation. Pay raises. Schedule notification and accomidation

Dealing with the literally dozens of customer complaints against our Store Manager

Hiring better managers that actually care about their store and employees

Listen to those in stores

Communication, active training, and being present for the coworkers

Staffing, squashing drama, training and running there stores

Communication, ordering items, basic math
