The customers and workers have a laid back relationship with one another.

The manager as well as the rules
Positive people who want to work in customer service and have actual integrity in there job appearance and reputation at work and the reputation of our company and ensure a positive pleasant exp that keeps quest coming back
People who want to work and better communication.
Negativity needs to stop. Stop talking negative about fellow employees, helping one another.
The company is great honestly but this new manager is not good for our store or your company. She is completely bonus driven which will cause the company problems. Customers are complaining daily

less favoritism of first shift, more management on other shifts, better screening for future employees, less aversion to firing existing employees, more clearly laid out responsibilities that stay the same and don't change every week
